Big Chef Spice Co. Shipping and Return Policies

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 72 hours of being submitted. If we are experiencing a high volume of
orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment method, Estimated delivery time and Shipment cost. USPS First Class Mail*
*Orders are processed within 24 business hours. Please allow extra time for delivery due to delays
in the post office, Covid-19 (Coronavirus) and/or as well as during peak sales times such as holidays.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Big Chef Spice Co. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO
addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 business hours. All order
inquiries must be submitted in writing to Big Chef Spice Co. within 90 of your original order date.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Big Chef Spice Co. is not responsible for any customs adjustments and taxes applied to your order. All fees
imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Big Chef Spice Co. is not liable for any products damaged, missing, or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please
save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing its original packaging as well as
the shipping label for our quality control team at admin@bigchefspiceco.com. Make sure that
the shipping information is clearly displayed in the email you send. No reshipments will be processed
until 21 business days of the original shipment date, at which point it will be considered lost.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. If you place your order with an international address, Big
Chef Spice Co. is not responsible for lost orders, please contact the shipment carrier directly.

Cancellation Policy
We work around the clock to make sure that your orders are processed as soon as you place your
order. We do this to make sure you get your order in the quickest time possible, therefore we are
unable to offer cancellations on orders once submitted.

Returns Policy
Big Chef Spice Co. does not accept any returns. All food items are non-returnable.
If there is a manufacturer defect, please send an email with your order information and a photo of
the issue to admin@bigchefspiceco.com within 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery. Your photo needs
to include the damaged product in its original packaging AND the shipping label with your shipping
information clearly displayed.

In the event that your package is marked as undeliverable by carrier, we will issue you a refund once
the product has been returned to us, minus the initial cost of shipping and a minimum restocking fee
$.25 per item.
